Yes. Certain products sold at The F’n Vape Store may be eligible for warranty, exchange, or replacement if they are found to have a manufacturer defect. Warranty coverage varies by product and is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Disposables and prefilled pod systems must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. Mods, kits, and all-in-one devices may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase if deemed defective.
Please note that e-liquids, coils, open replacement pods, tanks, batteries, and chargers are final sale and are not covered under warranty. For complete details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Prefilled pods are sealed cartridges that come pre-filled with e-liquid and are designed to be used with compatible pod devices. Simply insert the pod into the device, and it's ready to use—no filling, coil changes, or maintenance required.
