The F’n Vape Store Return & Exchange Policy

At The F’n Vape Store, we stand behind the products we sell and strive to provide excellent customer service. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligible Return & Exchange Items

The following products may be eligible for return or exchange if found to be defective:

  • Disposables

  • Prefilled / Closed Pod Systems

  • STLTH Devices

  • Hardware (Mods, Kits, and All-in-One Devices)

Final Sale Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • E-Liquid

  • Coils

  • Open Replacement Pods

  • Tanks

  • External Batteries

  • Chargers

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Customers must be registered members of The F’n Vape Store.

  • In-store purchases must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.

  • Online purchase exchanges must be submitted through a support ticket in your account dashboard. Please include:

    • “Exchange” in the subject line

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

Return Timeframes

Disposables & Prefilled Pods

Eligible for return or exchange within:

  • 48 hours of purchase for in-store orders

  • 48 hours of delivery for online orders​

Mods, Kits & All-in-One Devices

Eligible for return or exchange within:

  • 14 days of purchase

Please Note: Products must be determined to be defective to qualify for a return or exchange.

What Qualifies as a Defect?

The following issues are considered manufacturer defects:

  • Auto-firing devices

  • Excessive leaking

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) products

  • Sealed pods that have leaked before opening

  • LED screen malfunctions

  • Battery-related defects

  • Chipset or internal electronic malfunctions

What Does NOT Qualify as a Defect?

The following issues are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Burnt taste

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with flavour

  • Physical or external damage

  • Damage to USB charging ports

  • Damage caused by leaking pods or tanks

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling

 

The F’n Vape Store reserves the right to inspect all returned products and determine eligibility for return, exchange, or warranty service.
